I'm giving MJD for Brett Favre straight up.

I need a QB as I have Palmer and Campbell. RB's are Peterson & Parker (Felix Jones bench) and I have enough at WR Steve Smith, Koren Robinson, Hines Ward, Dwayne Bowe to throw one of them at flex.

However, Jones Drew starts every year slow and should return to his old self soon. But I am just not sure...Favre isn't being allowed to be Favre in NY.

Help

I still don't do it. Favre has seen his better days, and he plays poor in the cold now (your playoffs). See if Freotte or Collins is available.

maybe try to pickup a O'Sullivan for SF for the next couple of weeks. THey play DET. this week and NO the next. Pretty decent matchup, from the air standpoint.

mjd and the jags have been a no show so far. but he is capable of putting up big fantasy numbers but he is just riding the bench for u behind AP and Parker and needing a qb i say its an even trade. as long as farve can last the whole season

Well he is my flex by and I am a bit hesitant because if you look at the past two years MJD has done shit the first two games and exploded with TD after TD the rest of the season. I feel like if I were to trade him now for Favre I would be passing up value that I would get later in the season. At this point I think I am going to platoon Jason Campbell and Carson Palmer because Palmer couldnt have gotten this bad overnight. Not to mention hes played the Ravens and Titans. If Palmer keeps putting up single digits I will hit the panic button in a few weeks.

Still not sure though. I am going to see if I can make maybe a better trade within the next few days. Still on the fence on this one. I am 2-0 with just 1 other team so I do have a bit of a cushion to wait and see.

Jags O-line is falling apart. I'd make the deal and then try to move Favre right away in a package 2-1 if possible.

You have the right idea but you can do a lot better than Favre.

Agree with Jake T. Trade one of your RB's, but do so for a better QB than Favre.
